  • View your latest bill in My O2
  • Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
  • That will bring up the old style web page
  • Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.
  • Click on 'what I've used'
  • click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.
  • If you don't agree with the calls then phone 202 initially and from there the next step would be to email complaints.

You can view all the charges in MyO2 or get the MyO2 app which should help.

If you don't think the charges are correct you can phone them on 202 or raise a complaint:

What is it you're not satisfied with? If it isn't account related, which we as customers are not privy to, there are many people here who can offer good advice on other matters O2 related.

You should always keep the my O2 app on your phone to keep a track of your usage.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
