a week ago i requested my O2 iPhone 4S be unlocked. its on a business accout so you would think "no problem" i got an ameil to tell me it had been completed and to connect the phone to iTunes. iTunes and the phone both tell me the new SIM is not valid. well it works in an unlocked Nokia. from this i take it my phone is still locked. a WEEK and still locked, no wonder we are moving carrier!!!!!
any ideas anyone?

i cant call 8002 as the phone doesn't have an O2 sim. I call the 0800 number and it asks me for a PIN. I dont have a pin. it hangs up!!!

When you ring you give your number and explain it is the old 4s which should still show on the system they will ask for the old imei number to do the unlock
