If it's locked to O2, here Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

If not O2, contact the network that locked it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Where did you buy the phone?

Which network is it locked to?

You will need to get that network to unlatch the phone

What does this say

can find out if your iPhone is locked by going to Settings > General > About. If "No SIM restrictions" appears next to Network Provider Lock, your iPhone is unlocked

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
