a week ago i requested my O2 iPhone 4S be unlocked. its on a business accout so you would think "no problem" i got an ameil to tell me it had been completed and to connect the phone to iTunes. iTunes and the phone both tell me the new SIM is not valid. well it works in an unlocked Nokia. from this i take it my phone is still locked. a WEEK and still locked, no wonder we are moving carrier!!!!!

 

any ideas anyone?

who then put me through to my Business provider...who tell me they are talking to O2. mean time....still locked!!
