As I imagine thousands of others are currently experiencing, I pre ordered the iPhone 7 silver 64gb a week ago and have had nothin further from o2.
my order says 'in progress' and I've had no text or email for delivery date.
will anyone at o2 respond? Will that response be anything other than 'keep checking myo2 for updates.'
we will see...

i've had no texts from O2 since the day i pre ordered.
Just spoke to O2 Guru and they said the following:

Well not being funny but in my opinion this is another ****** up in a long list of recent ****** ups from o2 (me personally)
when you are told told you are not entitled to loyalty discounts etc due to this being such a popular device......it's a massive stab in the back when o2 can't stick to promises.
