Customer service need to enable it on your account first, if not done so already.

Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2 first then find the settings in your phone menu.

Hi cleo,
I have an Iphone X on IOS 14.0.1.
When I try to activate whifi call, this is the pop up message that I get displayed, then am directed to the page you shared with me. Conclusion, I am prevented from activating wifi calls.
