Visual voicemail has gone

Since changing from Apple 5S to 6S iphone my visual voicemail has disappeared.  How do I get it back?

Here's some tips from Apple but I think you might need to contact o2 customer service as it's a carrier issue

Something you need to ask customer service when you call.

Possibly on the wrong data bolt on. Ask customer service to check you have the idata bolt on and not the default Blackberry data bolt on. You can also check in My O2.
