Hello, I have had a honor 200 smart for a while now. I want visual voicemail, but when I open Google phone, it says "your carrier may not support visual voicemail" and when I went to a O2 store, the kind person checked chatgpt and told me that it's currently not known if it works. Does anyone know how I can get visual voicemail working on my honor 200 smart?

Support for Android is hit and miss.

Some Pixel Phones and some Samsung Galaxy.

I don't think there is a definitive list.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@ConfusedTechGuy - just to double-check, please open the google phone app. Tap the vertical ellipsis (⁝) in the top right corner, and select Settings. Next scroll down, and tap on Voicemail near the bottom. Make sure that you have enabled Visual voicemail, by sliding the slider to the right.

On a Pixel with O2 SIMO Contract, the Settings menu is under the 3-lines (hamburger) at top left, showing:
