I have recently moved from Orange to O2 and requested to keep my old number. Whilst the tel number attached to my account is correct the transfer does not appear to have fully worked. Incoming calls are fine but there are issues when I send an SMS that it displays as the temporary number. I have reported twice online through the help facility and filled in the online form twice. I don't want PAC code to expire whilst I am waiting for the issue to be resolved.
