Transferred wrong number

Hi I have just received my new iphone 6 I have asked to keep my number. And I have realised they have closed the wrong account. Can I get my number back that I originally wanted to keep?

You would have to speak to customer service on 202 to see if they can help you. I wouldn't recommend live chat for this.

I agree phoning Customer Services asap to try and stop the process is the best move.
