I got a new phone in february which was the iphone 13 pro max and i got it with 30BG of data, but now the 30BG of data is put down under my sisters name and not mine when it should be. Is there way of fixing this?

All you can do is apply for your own contract when this one runs out and then it will be in your name.

You can migrate the number to your new account, so you won't lose it Guide: Migration & porting into O2  

If you do this now, you will have to pay early termination fees, so wait until it's ended.
