I tried to swap to a micro sim card yesterday afternoon 4pm. My old sim card died later last night. But my new sim card is still not working yet. My number has not been recognized for over 12 hrs. Is this due to the net work problem? Has any body else is experiencing the same problem?

It's all very frustrating, i was starting to think my handset was faulty since i couldnt connect my sim on two occasions but seeing that im not the only one with this problem has give me some new hope that some time tomorrow i will finally have a functioning phone!

It's so unfortunate that people have been left dangling with yesterday's outage as O2 obviously put all their resources into getting the 2 million customers back online.

Glad it isn't just me, I was getting frustrated with my new phone and contract (never had a contract phone before) and not being able to use the phone part - Roll on tomorrow

36 hours and still no service! was told it would be on at half 8 last night as that would have been a 24 hour wait
