Sim Swap Question

Received my new Iphone 5s 16gb yesterday & have sent my old 4s away to 02 recycle, the 5s is still showing No Service, had a look online & it suggests doing " simswap " which is fine but I only have the old SIM card , not the phone so sending me a code by text isn't possible. Is there another way ?

You will need to contact customer services in 202 or Live Chat ;

http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/contactus

Or pop into your local O2 store with your old SIM card and new one.

You're welcome.

Allow up to 24 hours for everything to settle after the sim swap.

Typically turning airplane mode off and on will help the reset of your services.
