I have just bought a new iPad Air that only takes an eSim, where my previous iPad used a Plastic Sim. I would like to swap the Plastic Sim from an eSIM please
You need to either pop into an o2 store with Photo ID and they can sort one out for you (this is the best option) or call o2 and get an esim pack sent out to you Guide: How to find help & contact O2
