I'm currently having to use my old iPhone 4 while the iPhone 6 is being replaced. I've inserted a new SIM card whcih is not recognised. The device states a SIM failure with no service. I've downloaded the O2 app and when i navigate to the unlock device section the information shows that the phone is my iPhone 6. It seems the iPhone 4 is not being recognised and therefore is not being unlokced properly to allow the new SIM (STC Saudi Arabia) to work properly. I'd appreciate to be able to contact a support person directly with the IMEI numbr of the phone I need unlocking in order to get this SIM card working.
