Ordered new phone. Old phone has run out of power and will no longer accept a charge. Don't have the four digit code to give the courier with new phone so have had to send him away. Not found chat helpful - cant access O2 app for same reasons as outlined above. Any solutions?

Can you put your sim in another phone?
