The store advised me that they report it to the police straight away and give the persons details who sold it to them. To be fair the new ones fine. End of the day a new 5s is about 550 or was. I traded in a 4. And just paid 300. So I did save about 250 and the handset is brand new unopened. I'd take the the inconvenience of going back once and having to swap - to save 250anyway. But each to there own. Has worked out ok for me though. Thanks for the help. Good page this.
