Hi my iPhone is water damaged and I’m looking to get it replaced iv got insurance on the phone

For insurance claims, please contact customer services.

They will help you fill out the claim forms.

@Anonymous To replace your iPhone you will have to contact the insurance team via the information given by @MI5 & @jonsie or you could go to Apple but if you have insurance from O2 then try that first
