Mobile data and visiting websites

Hi can anyone please tell me why I canโ€™t visit certain websites whilst out and connected to mobile data rather than WiFi. My apple phone has no restrictions set so it must be O2

Call customer service or pop into your nearest O2 store with id and get the Age restriction removed. 

THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE CAN'T ACCESS ACCOUNTS
