Hi,

I have an iPhone 5 with the latest software ISO.7.0.4. I recently changed my number say about a month ago & ever since I can't send or receive mms. I have reset my network settings. I found an old thread from 2011 & changed my apn passwords etc to what they said but still no joy. I'm guessing the information was out of date. Please help!

Phone O2 and have your account provisioned for mms.

You will also need to have your O2 data turned on even tho it does not actually use it.

Thanks guys! will do that now, it must be that as i have checked it against friends and family phones and our settings are the same.
