I still haven't heard from someone regarding priority access

It's now been 2 weeks since I was told someone would be in contact, I have iPad Air 2 and because you have to set up access via a message I can't log in .

 

i pay all this money and I'm not able to take advantage if no one contacts me I will be force to cancel the contract for this reason

If you are trying to receive a text you need to put the sim into a phone to do so.

What is it you are trying to do exactly?

Just to add to MI5's reply,

o2 wont allow you to cancel the contract for o2 priority, as it is optional add on, to which they dont guarantee access, and can be withdrawn at any time.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
