Contract pay monthly with O2, insurance with O2.
Is it possible to get a replacement handset on insurance? I ask as this handset will not work now, impossible to navigate on menus and barely functions since drop.
Will I have to pay out big, despite having insurance?
If anyone can provide any help it'd be appreciated.

Is this still the case as the phone was dropped @MI5? I thought screen and subsequent damage was outside the remit of O2 insure?

I have the £12.50 insurance policy, Adam. Will this allow one to get a replacement iPhone 6s or 6?
Can I expect to pay the excess? Any idea of the ballpark figure?
Thanks Adam.
