You would have thought Apple would have cashed in on the Note 7 fiasco. Made MORE phones available to pull in punters who were gutted as they wanted a new flagship phone. But hey....I don't make these sorts of decisions...

Went to the store to enquire what is going on. The employee washed his hands off the matter and walked off. They have no information. He didn't care at all. This really must be the worst company for customer service both online and in stores. Despicable. Every other company has been able to supply. This guy even claimed o2 has not supplied a single iPhone 7Plus in store, phone or online orders. When I said some online customers have received their phones he said they lied!

Just had the same copy and paste txt from o2 saying sorry that I havn't received my phone. Now they tell me that they will be in touch by the 22nd December or sooner if they can!

This is insane! I ordered on the 17th September!! What are they doing?!!!
