Ordered iPhone7+ 256 JB on 19th.

i pre ordered the iPhone 6 Plus 256gb jet black on the 12th of September I've just been told I will be waiting another 4 weeks. Upgraded early so paid 318 pounds upfront plus 69.99 for the phone customer services are useless not happy at all
