If I've still got no update by tomorrow I'm cancelling contract with o2 you can go onto carphonr warehouse now ant buy the JB 256gb 7 plus for £919 sim free and get it delivered for Friday. I pre ordered my 7plus Jb on 9/9 at 11.30 and have heard nothing. I'm really disappointed I've been with o2 15 years and this is the only issue I've had.

Was I dreaming it or did I see that people who pre-ordered would have the 16th September as they're upgrade date as that's when they should of got the handset?. I've had the text about stock next week and my tariff has been updated but the upgrade date says 2nd November 2018

Think you should get it this week LE1987, I ordered mine just before 9am on the 9/9 and got the text a few days ago. Stock seems to have leaked in to all networks now

The 2nd is only Wednesday mate. I'm in the same boat. Well. A little behind u. I got the stock text and that's it. I can't go into my o2 as iv only just moved to o2 and it doesn't work till I get delivery information

Absolutely disgusting CRAP service from this disgrace of a phone provider.

 

Ordered iPhone7+ 256 JB on 19th.

 

I ordered this device on the 19th September. Estimated delivery time at the time was 4 weeks. 
 
It is now 31st October, 6 weeks after I've paid for my phone.
 
I have had NO communication from O2 whatsoever regarding this order.
 
After speaking to SEVERAL live chat people (of which I have transcripts) I was guaranteed the phone would be delivered to store today 100%. I have booked the time off work to ensure I could collect it. I have now been told it will not be delivered today and now a further 2 weeks.
 
I am seeking compensation for this, the lack of communication from O2, and I am also seeking my order is processed immediately.
 
I have lost £82.50 in earnings at work today due to taking time off. I want that credited to my bill immediately. I also would like my £69.99 upfront fee refunded until my phone arrives.
 
 

How do I go about getting this arranged? If my phone is not here in another week I WILL cancel all my accounts I have with O2 because this is a joke.

 

Disgusting service, if I only could use stronger words, I would ...

Interestingly enough the o2 website is now showing the 7+ MB 250gb for next day delivery!... I wonder if this is correct?

Absolutely fuming!!!!!

i pre ordered the iPhone 6 Plus 256gb jet black on the 12th of September I've just been told I will be waiting another 4 weeks. Upgraded early so paid 318 pounds upfront plus 69.99 for the phone customer services are useless not happy at all
