Wondering if someone can help me...

 

im on holiday right now in Spain.. my data/textes/calls got updated yesterday or today.. i get my bill through email today so i have a wee nosey.. then i come on to my account on the website (on laptop).. and its saying i have used all my data.. how is this possible when i havent touched my internet the whole time ive been here and everything that involes internet/data is switched off/signed out..

Are you sure "Data Roaming" was off, as that prevents the phone using data from a foreign network?

went to settings.. celluar.. down to cellular data usage and it says

 

current period 36.0 MB and current period roaming 25.4 KB

So, luckily it's an O2 error. You will need to contact CS and report it. Get them to investigate....

i went to the bottom of that page and it says last update was 19th of sept.. will that still be okay?

sorry i feel like a right numpty..

 

i would get on to them but there chat always seems to be busy..

The last update was the date you upgraded to ios7 so you haven't even used 1Gb in 3 weeks, let alone 1 day....

yeah i had a problem with my data last month aswell and im always on wifi if at home.. thats why its so low i guess..
