Cancellation and Refund

If my other half was to purcahse the Gold handset elsewhere how long would it take for the o2 to refund the money that she originally paid for the contract 5S ??

Just been speaking to o2 and they say the Golds are still out of Stock and they have no idea when the devices will be in

Usually around 14 days for refunds.

I find it normally is around 7 working days but can take up to 14 working days to go back into your account or into your credit card.
