Can't connect to 1 specific restaurant wifi but can with others. It says to enable cookies but they already are. Please help

Try a soft reset of the phone. Hold the home button & the sleep/wake Button for about 10 seconds then try everything again

Being an iPhone it doesn't have an anti-virus app loaded does it ?

@Beenherebefore no option on iphone foe extensions that i know of only on mac safari

 

no anit virus but there are content blocking apps but as it is only one venue I guess it could be a local security block of mac code ?
