Can't connect to 1 specific restaurant wifi but can with others. It says to enable cookies but they already are. Please help

I've deleted all internet history and data, I've reset all network connections, I've forgotten the wifi also

tried deleting your o2 wifi device in my o2> o2 wifi> manage account and start again ?
