Why, after two years, are O2 still not able to solve the issue preventing me from setting up Auto top-up for my iPhone?????

Hi @Anonymous According to our guidelines you do this by signing into My O2 and activating it yourself https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-pay-my-bill/ba-p/1014090

That's not what I asked. I know how to do it. O2's website won't let me. It's locked and O2 can't be bothered to fix it!!

So if O2's website is preventing you doing this 'as it's locked'...then certainly you need to speak to CS (or complain)  .

2 years is a long time for a service to be unusable...:smileysad:
