Hello. Brand new phone on contract. It has an issue straight out of the box..

I received my Oppo a94 5g and after setting it up, then updating it fully. I realized auto rotate doesn't work and Google maps etc doesn't recognize turns etc.. I ran a diagnosis which you can do on Oppo's and I get: After sales: gravity Sensor Error. How can this bew with a brand new phone? Damaged in transit? Box seemed fine. Or is it the latet android 12 and / or colorOS update? Any help would be appreciated before I contact customer service. Cheers.

Yea I guess you're right. I love the phone too so shame. I do Deliveroo here and their and rely on maps ALOT so big no for me! Cheers.
