Apple Watch not activating

So I swapped my sim over to esim and that’s working fine but the data plan will not activate on my watch.

Tried resetting the watch and repairing.

Spoken to Customer Service and time to wait 24 hours but when I leave the watch app and go back it asks to add a data plan no sign of it pending.

When did your eSim fully provision?

But under mobile data on the watch app it says not in use.

After speaking CS this morning they rest the esim again.

Ok may have spoken too soon.

Everything set up and the phone shows date plan active.

Just popped out without my phone and the watch isn’t connecting to the network. Just shows red X disconnected.

Mobile data icon is white.
