I'm getting the common problem when trying to setup data on my apple watch :

Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your 02 mobile, quoting reference code 106

Can somebody please assist? I have done all the resets etc... Thanks!

Been waiting months with the same error but being constantly fobbed off. Did you move your number from another network by chance ? O2 don’t seem to have any answers just tell you to wait

The error 106 appears to be with customers who have come to O2 and migrated their number from Tesco.

It is a tricky one to fix, but I will tag @O2MichaelE who is on now to see if he can help, @Sharpy_G - good luck!

Just noticed you have already been through the Advisor Emma for this - I guess calling 202 would help also!

Thanks all. 202 is a total waste of time unfortunately. Hoping someone can find me a fix as I only moved to O2 for this and so far it’s been pointless

Hi just to let everyone know I’ve had the 106 error issue since November. I tried today and now it appears I have managed to link my plan via the watch app and the issue must be fixed. I erased the watch about a week ago and removed it from iCloud and waited until today and I have managed to request a data plan and hopefully in 24 hours it will be active. Hope this helps all of you waiting to add a Watch plan to your account.
