Hello! I have been trying to set up my Apple Watch SE 2nd edition for nearly 2 years….the error code 112 has been the bane of my life! I’ve been in store, tried the call centres with no luck- I’d really appreciate some help! Thank you

After 2 years give up, pay the device off and move network is what most sane people would do..

But all we can do is point you to this guide Activate Apple Watch Guide  and contact the social media team

Adding that error 112 means the devices are incompatible ie the watch is watchOS 10 and the phone is IOS 18 both need to be on the latest version.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Thank you, both Watch and iPhone paid off, I’ll take a look at the guide though and try the social media team!

I'd be looking at EE or Vodafone who seem to have little trouble in pairing Apple watches
