Error code 14 on Apple Watch ultra

Tried to use 02 contact centre, no use at all, had a new Apple Watch ultra yesterday and it not registering as having a sim, tried to reset - still nothing……comes up with error code 14 when trying to set up on the iPhone ….can someone help?

Hi everyone, my phone is sending SMS messages, but is telling me they have not gone through. Giving me a send failure note beside the message. Do I need to update the message centre number or settings?? does anyone else have this issue?
