I'm getting the common problem when trying to setup data on my apple watch :
Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your 02 mobile, quoting reference code 106
Can somebody please assist? I have done all the resets etc... Thanks!

Could anybody possibly help me? I have the same code, moved from Tesco to o2 solely for the cellular connection and so far it hasn’t worked. Keep getting fobbed off by all other advisors and I’ve reached my breaking point! Please please someone help me?

Unfortunately not! I am also running the most up to date software on both my phone and the watch and that has not worked. I have tried everything and I’m still being passed from pillar to post 😢

All we can do now is tag an O2 Advisor again, @LilMisSparkle85 - @O2Sarah- is on from 8am Tuesday, if you can be here after that time to respond to her Private Message. Really annoying niggly problem, this one, but some of them have been resolved lately:
