Hey,

So I'm planning on buying some Airpods from an O2 store, however, I'm worried they won't fit or for whatever reason, I don't like them. I read the Change of mind policy, however, I'm not sure if it applies to the airpods (due to the fact you wear them). Question is if I don't like the Airpods is it possible to return them for a refund.

Cheers

Yes you can.
The policy applies to anything bought online.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I understand that, the question I'm asking is if I had used them (To see if they fit) would I be able to get a refund having bought them in store.

I believe accessories are only covered if purchased online by the distance selling regulations.
