I had brought Apple AirPods Max and sent the back as I no longer wanted them. However it has been 3 nearly 4 months and no refund. I keep being told a manager will contact me but this has not happened. They keep saying they will check with their back office why I haven’t gotten refunded but still no contact. I will have no choice but to file a police report if there is no resolution
