I want to exchange my new phone for a different colour. I am within the 14 days
Do O2 send out the new colour when the order is made or do they only send the new colour once they have received the original?
I have made the return order via MyO2 and the delivery date states it arrives on Monday (today is Thursday) Logically I assumed they would only send out the new phone once they received the original.
Also, am I able to use an O2 store to send my phone back rather then posting?
Irrelevant question but, Why isn't it as simple as just exchanging the phone in store? Having to send it of and wait seems such a long process!

You can only return instore if you bought from there
Did you speak to customer service?
Sometimes they may do a doorstep exchange for a faulty phone
Choice of colour exchange? Worth asking
