getting a message held call has been released

Hi,Sometimes when I am talking on my mobile, I get a message and interruption to my call, the message shows at the top on my phone. it reads " held call has been released ". Cannot find information on the internet. Anyone help.

Hi, I am a new user. Switching to O2 from different operator. I just received my PAC code. How do I send it to O2?

I would dearly like to change the ring time on my MotoG7 Power phone from the default 20 seconds to 30. But every time I try **61*901*11*30# I get "Call forwarding. Connection problem or invalid MMI code". What am I doing wrong?
