Upgraded to s23 on 3rd october had ear buds in my basket at checkout but still not heard anything back on links etc but i onow someone who upgraded later and got their link for them.

No free guft

Has anyone else upgraded their phone? Chosen a free gift and not received the code to claim it? Waited a month as told to and its still not arrived. Phoned O2 twice and still no further on.
