Got some great news folks,

The glorious 4G is now available for iPhone 5s & iPhone 5c. All you need is a 4G tariff, coverage and settings. More info here!

Would love to hear some thoughts/ comments from you lovely iPhone 5s/5c owners...If you're thinking why 4G, what are the advantages, how it can benefit you or anything related to 4G? You can take part in our 'Virtual Interview' session by posting a question about 4G here.

#O24G

Cheers

I should have 4G in my area. Updated settings. Phone showed 4G for all of 2 seconds then reverted to 3G. Been outside, walked around, no joy. So that was a waste of time and money...

I live near Beeston in Nottingham and i can't get a 4g signal at all. 3g is ok. Thought the coverage would be much better than this and would cover the whole of Nottingham, not just certain areas?.

Have you guys checked your masts using the service checker link to see if anything is wrong.

And or ring o2 on 202 just to quickly check all is in order with your accounts.

They can check the masts too so highlight it to them if the masts are showing Ok.

Challenge the reading.

Things will get better as the 4G service matures.

I'm in a 2g only area, and the option to disable 3g has gone; only option is to enable/disable 4g Smiley Frustrated
