voicemail charges

I am being charged for voicemail on my monthly bill even though I don't use this facility. Any duggestions to why this might be? Thankyou.

I haven't been abroad. Unfortunately. Don't use voicemail facility. Will contact Customer Services. Thankyou.

Voicemail should be free on monthly contract. Ask customer service why you are being charged. Does it state the charges are for voicemail on your bill?

depends on your tarriff, but 99% of them now just use the allowance on your call plan.

Access to VM comes out of your included mins allowance.
