replying to emails

Hi

I have tried replying to emails and i'm getting messages back that they are undeliverable stating contact your  internet provider stating that 'messages from 81.104.62.40 have not been sent as part of thier network os on our block list'

Can you please advise

As it is a Virgin Media ip address you are better off asking them what the problem is.

I would ring O2 and ask if they can test this for you.

Have you checked your email provider's web site to check if they're having issues?
