galaxy note 4 lollipop update heart rate sensor

Anonymous
Not applicable

Just had my note 4 download the o2 lollipop release last night.

When I place the phone onto any surface the heart rate sensor on the back will light up solid red.

Anybody come across this as well.

You may be one of the ones that needs to do a factory reset - mine doesn't do that.

How are you finding the update guys?

If you have not already, great news, Lollipop is out now for the Note 4. Go get it in Settings > About Device > Update

Looks like that factory reset cured it, had been at the Gadget Show live and noticed the download when I connected to wifi at hotel so couldn't do a factory reset until I got back to Scotland.

Seems to have cured it, have to say though battery life is dramatically improved along with speed of the phone now. Still a slight bit of lag on trying to open camera albums but very smooth overall.

The Gallery lagging seems quite common for some reason?
