Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. Recently my Grandad pasted away and my nan had some voicemails from him on her phone. She really wanted to keep them. Unfortunately they automatically deleted off her phone (Huawei) on an O2 pay and go sim card. I was wondering if there is anyway to get them back on her phone.
Hope someone can help

Hi @Anonymous
Not possible on every phone but looking on the Android forums some are saying
Open up your voicemail. At the top of your screen, touch the header "Voicemail" and let go. You will get a drop down for Inbox, Outbox, Deleted....Select Deleted. You will now be in the deleted folder. To get back to your Inbox, touch the header again and select Inbox.
Or another thing to try..
All you do it go to the top of your Voicemails and where it says "Inbox " at the top click that and go to Trash and you should be able to recover the deleted voicemail
If none of that works you could ring the Huawei Support UK http://www.huaweidevice.co.uk/support
Hope you can recover them for her. These things mean a lot..

Hi Thank you @Cleoriff for the quick respone. I hope we can do she has been so upset since they got wiped off. I might be being blind but how do you open up the voicemail without phoning voicemail because everytime I click on it and it rings. Is their an app?
I emailed the phone company but no respone yet.
Phoned O2 and they was as helpful as a chocolate tea pot

I am not sure any of it would work on the Huawei phone @Anonymous which was why I gave the Support line link. All phones are different as you know. If it was me and knowing how desperate your nan is to retrieve these messages....I would be ringing Huawei Help line tomorrow....
The two hints I posted were taken from Android forum...but could have been two different makes of phone

They are not designed to be kept forever.
You may be able to recover recent ones from the un-delete option when you call voicemail but anything over 7 days is gone forever I'm afraid.

Thing is @Anonymous if you try everything you can...at least you and your Nan will know you gave it your best shot. Very best of luck
If you feel up to it.... will you come back and let us know the outcome?
