The number 07802000000 rings. Voicemail messages are four minutes long. they record over the top of each other. Once you've listened to the message if still keeps ringing again. Have tried 1760/1750. Please help I am missing important calls. How do I stop this and get back to 901 voicemail. Thanks!

Thanks! I've had a look and nothing obvious.

Phone doesn't ring as 901 any more it rings as 07802000000 now

You then get a notification that the "message is 4 minutes long" which it isn't

And then messages record over each other

You listen to the message and then it rings again

Messages aren't in the right order when you listen to them and then new messages get missed

You should find the number to dial for vm in your phone settings or in the phone app settings.
Check first if this is set to 901.

Block the number then they wont be able to call (or interfere with your voicemail)

Long press on the number in your call log and select the option to block it.
