Solved: Sony Z3 stuck on update

Hi guys!

hope you're all good

my friend has got the Sony Z3. Four days ago he had a system update notification so he proceeded with the update and now his phone is stuck on the Android man

tried fixing with PC COMPANION but no luck.

Any ideas before he sends it off under warranty?

If that fails he can try reloading the firmware with flashtool. Instructions here....
