Hi I just got a new sim card and when people try to ring me it says the number has not been recognised and no one can ring me but they are able to text my number and I can ring out on my number does anyone know why thanks

It can take up to 24 hours for all services to come online completely.
Try restarting your phone and if it’s still not working correctly give customer service a call this morning at 8.00am

Hi I got a upgrade and they sent me a new sim card so I did the swap for the sim cards and now this has happened I have had the sim for nearly 4 days thanks

Though if it isn't working correctly after rebooting the phone, then ring CS as shown above... or pop to your local O2 store

With some form of identification or they wont assist.

I have never been asked for ID in my local O2 shop. It may be area dependent but they brought all my details up on the PC. Swapped the sim there and then. Walked out with it working,
