Try restarting your phone and if it’s still not working correctly give customer service a call this morning at 8.00am

In that case call customer service as advised above but also keep rebooting your phone

Though if it isn't working correctly after rebooting the phone, then ring CS as shown above... or pop to your local O2 store

I have never been asked for ID in my local O2 shop. It may be area dependent but they brought all my details up on the PC. Swapped the sim there and then. Walked out with it working,
