I recived asacm message from a trusted friend and clicked on. Is there a way I can now protect content on my android mobile?

The only 100% safe way to guarantee you remove everything is to factory reset.
You could install AVG which should remove any malware but to be 100% it needs a full reset.

I would try a scan first with something like AVG. Have you noticed any issues?
